Whether you’re shopping for your dream dress, looking to consign a beloved piece, or simply exploring, we’re here to make your experience warm, personal, and memorable.

Q: Do I need an appointment to shop?
A: No appointment is needed to shop our curated collection of clothing, bridal gowns, and vintage finds. Bridal gown try-ons are by appointment to give each bride a personal and relaxed experience.

 

Q: What kinds of items do you carry?
A: We offer a thoughtful mix of wedding gowns, formalwear, special occasion dresses, women’s clothing, vintage pieces, accessories, and unique home décor. Many pieces are one of a kind.

 

Q: Are the items new or used?
A: Most items are consigned, meaning pre-loved but in excellent or like-new condition. We also feature select artisan-made and sustainably sourced new pieces.

 

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: All sales are final, since most items are on consignment. Please inspect your selections carefully before purchasing. Bridal gown purchases are final sale.

 

BRIDAL & SPECIAL OCCASION

Q: How do bridal appointments work?
A: Bridal try-ons are by appointment to ensure you have dedicated time in the fitting area. We will pull styles that fit your vision, and you are welcome to browse our entire bridal collection.

 

Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: Our bridal inventory typically ranges from size 0 to 20, and our everyday fashion includes a variety of sizes. Inventory changes daily, so selection varies, but we strive to have something for every body.

 

Q: Can I bring guests?
A: Yes. We recommend bringing up to three or four guests for an intimate, stress-free experience.

 

Q: Are alterations included?
A: No. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. We can refer you to trusted local seamstresses.

 

CONSIGNMENT

Q: How do I consign with Reclaimed?
A: Start by submitting your item details online or in person. We will review your submission and schedule a drop-off if accepted.

 

Q: What items do you accept?
A: We accept bridal gowns, special occasion dresses, women’s clothing in excellent condition, vintage pieces, and select décor. We do not accept wedding dress boxes or hangers. We do not accept fast fashion brands such as Shein, Temu, or Fashion Nova. Items must be clean and ready for resale.

 

Q: How long do you keep items on consignment?
A: Regular clothing and accessories are kept for 90 days. Bridal gowns and formalwear are kept for 6 months. Unsold items can be picked up at the end of the consignment period or may be donated or discounted according to your agreement.

 

Q: What is your consignment split?
A: The split is 50 percent to the consignor and 50 percent to Reclaimed.

 

Q: How and when do I get paid?
A: Payouts are issued quarterly, typically via your preferred payment method.

A: We are located in Pottersville, New Jersey, in a historic barn turned curated shop and gathering space.

A: Yes. We love partnering with local makers, hosting pop-ups, try-on parties, Vendor Mondays, and other community events. If you are interested in collaborating, reach out to us.

 

Q: How often do you get new inventory?
A: Almost daily. Our selection changes constantly, so every visit is a little different.
